What your 1963 Beetle should wear.
This is not a VW advertisement per sa; but it is an interesting ad from
the greatest maker of VW aftermarket products: European Motor Products, Inc ie EMPI.
The year was 1956 when EMPI was founded by Joe Vittone in Riverside California.
Their first product was valve guides which allowed flat-four cylinder heads to be repaired. By 1963 EMPI expanded
it's product range to include many decorative and performance accessories. This ad shows what a well dressed EMPI Bug
